The Blue Book

The 'Blue Book', Rights of way : a guide to law and practice', was first published in 1983, by the Open Spaces Society and Ramblers' Association, and soon became a leading reference work. Now in its fourth edition, it contains detailed description and interpretation of the law on public rights of way and access to open country, together with the text of relevant legislation.
